"I am ready to return to the mountain," "Lem" said. "We oughtta leave some incriminating evidence with these crooks. That way the local civvies won't get confused as to what to do."

Captain Avenger explained to the Cabalist how the train station was the target of the bomb, and volunteered to stay here a little longer and explain things to the sheriff when he arrived ((I am guessing he would, from his last post)).
Dan Pancake went to the bowling alley and found that 40 hot dogs would clean out their stock. The cooking facilities were small; they could grill half of them and boil the rest, for speed, in seven minutes. With 36 sodas (this would not clean them out their stock), the price would come to $3.64.
The Leading Man thought the mountain was their top priority, but he was outvoted by those who wanted to check on the train station.
"If you want to stay closer to the mountain, you can stay here with Captain Avenger longer," Orpheus Jack suggested. Then Jack turned back into Andrew.
Captain Avenger needed to keep the Cabalist's car to ride back to Minneapolis in. That left everyone heading south to Minneapolis needing to pile into Gorlock/Dan Pancake's car.

Gorlock paid the grill man with a 5 dollar bill.
"You may keep the change if you help me bring these gluten-wrapped encased meats and sodas to my car, sir. We go hunting tonight."
He immediately wolfed down three of these "hot dogs" and chased them with an icy cold soda. It took but a few human heartbeats. They were fine fare, reminiscent of laser fried grinklefrog skewers.
"Make sure you have stocked up the cooler for our return. The next time we may even try this bowling game of yours."
Once in the car he divvied up the food. Turning the key in the ignition his jalopy burst into life with a roar.
"Let us inspect this trains station and then hunt us some mountain human."

"Did the prisoners tell you anything else?" CA asked. Gorlock and the Cabalist will have filled in Cap as needed before leaving.

Captain Avenger was alone with the four prisoners when the sheriff arrived. The sheriff had horn-rimmed glasses and a darker mustache than the gray hair on his head. He looked pretty much in shape for a man who must have been in his late 40s. He came straight up to Captain Avenger at the side door, looking him up and down. "You are the ...FBI agent who called?"
Sheriff Peterson listened to Captain Avenger's report carefully, then turned to the husband of the house. "Wood, what have you gotten yourself into?"
"It wasn't my fault, Sheriff," Wood blurted out as soon as his gag was removed. "I--"
"Save it, Wood. I warned you what would happen if you got in trouble again." He turned back to the Captain. "Agent -- I mean, Captain Avenger, working with the FBI is an honor I've been waiting my whole career for. If there is any way I can be of service to you, you let me know. Actually, you can be of help to me first. I haven't got room in my patrol car for four prisoners. Can you help me transport them back to Two Harbors?"

It was 7 o'clock when the heroes had finished piling into Gorlock's car and drove off. There was an odd smell in the car, but everything about Gorlock was pretty odd, so this seemed to just fit him.
It was a long drive south to Minneapolis, and the heroes arrived at the train station at 10:30 that same night. The train station looked empty, but that could have been more to do with the late hour than the FBI having successfully evacuated it.
Indeed, they soon found four men in the station, talking to each other. Two were police officers and the other two were men in suits.

"Blevin. Come with me. I need you to communicate our part in this search." Gorlock had just finished his hot dogs and his spare chicken. That stuff would go well with waffles.
Dan Pancake turned off the ignition and left the vehicle. He left his weapons in the car. He made way to the men in suits with a serious grin on his face and open palms after smoothly putting on his fedora. This would keep him from being considered a threat.
If he were a rudimentary incendiary device, where would he hide?

Having not eaten Howard has a couple of hotdogs with relish and mustard and has a soda on the way to the train station. Exiting the car the caballist says "gentlemen my name is the caballist and me and my associates are working with captain avenger from the FBI. We are here to offer assistance in locating the bomb and also looking for additional clues. What have you discovered before we arrived. "

The Leading Man hung back at the entrance of the Minneapolis Great Northern Depot because Andrew was tugging on his arm. "I need to go home," Andrew said to him quietly. "My mom is gonna be really worried about me..." Dan Pancake and The Cabalist were met by the four men. One was the Stationmaster, Edwin Bermacki (a mustached 35-year old); another was security supervisor, Louis Davis (a lean man of 50 years); and the police officers were Lt. Charles Gregerson (horn-rimmed glasses) and Detective Arthur Kaspar (really thick glasses on that one). Stationmaster Bermacki was highly suspicious. "Who are you? Why did Captain Avenger send you and not come himself?" Supervisor Davis said, "We've done a clean sweep of the station and haven't found any bomb; but we take safety very seriously. Do you know what we're looking for exactly?" Detective Kaspar looked past them out into the street, but Lt. Gregerson seemed as concerned as Bermacki. "Are you two FBI? I want to see some credentials." (( Reaction: 5, 9, 6, 8 - that's negative, friendly, neutral, and negative respectively))
