The caballist says nothing but goes into the kitchen to get some towels or something to use to gag and bind the prisoners

"If you feel you can keep an eye on these never-do-well blachtards, Blevin," started the Durlan, "I will go get my car and get proper restraints. I will also change my form. When you next see me, I will be in a suit. You will know me by the name..."
Gorlock thought hard.
"...Dan... PANCAKE. Yes. I will go by this name in my hoo-man form. Dan Pancake. Be right back, Blev."
[Gorlock will leave once Blevin gets back in the room, change form out of sight, change into his suit and walk to get his car and his handcuffs. And then drive back to the house.]

The Cabalist looked around and found that he was in the kitchen. It was easy to find dishcloths and hand towels to use to gag the three prisoners. He waited for Gorlock -- Dan Pancake to come back with handcuffs, though, as it made little sense to gag the prisoners when their hands were still free.
Almost a half-mile west from the house now, the trees thinned out and the running man had little cover left. Desperate, the man stopped, picked up a small tree branch (having apparently lost his gun at some point earlier), and ran back towards The Leading Man to attack him. It seemed a futile, desperate act, though, since The Leading Man was 130' away and still armed with a gun.
In town, Captain Avenger still tried to decide who to call, as people stared at him in the bowling alley, but were not apparently getting used to his costume.

The caballist looks to Gorlock to handle restraining the prisoners. Then the caballist goes upstairs to search the rooms and look for clues.

Cap decided to call the police where the train station was located and then call F.B.I HQ and update his report. He will not mention the alien cop yet.

Captain Avenger ruminated over what had happened. Now that things had finally settled down he was able to think it all over. It happened so fast, he thought to himself, the train station investigation, the battle at the mountains, and now this alien shows up!
They never taught this at the academy.
Still he had his duty, sometimes he wished his duty had been on the front lines. He would have really liked to have been with the boys fighting for freedom. But I guess, he thought to himself, it's important to take out the evil here. He frowned at this thought, here we had a war going on and these people are fighting against this. He hoped to take down these traitors personally and end this problem.

In the house, The Cabalist did a quick, 10-minute search of the upstairs and came up with nothing unusual or valuable.
At the bowling alley, Captain Avenger was put through to the Two Harbors police station.* The sheriff listened to The Captain's report and, although he sounded skeptical, he responded, "Okay, we'll send a car up to Silver Creek and check this out."
Next, Captain Avenger was put through to FBI HQ in Chicago and reported to the agent in charge there.
"Good, okay. It seems like you're getting results, Captain Avenger," the agent said. "What do you still need from us to stop this threat?"
((Search results: 3 -- quick search; Cabalist can still do a room-by-room search if people want to stay here long enough. Encounter reactions: 8, 7 - positive. *There was one incongruous post that said Silver Creek (where you are now) does have a police station, while in other posts I said otherwise. The compromise will be that there is an unmanned station in Silver Creek.))

The Leading Man stopped and waited until the man was in earshot. He trained his gun on him and said, "Give up or I'll shoot!"
If the man did not give up, The Leading Man planned to meet the villain's charge and try to pistol whip him.

Replying to HQ, "Call the train station and get them to evacuate and cancel all trips". "Then see if we can have someone to pick up these suspects, my team is heading to the station".

The caballist will do a semi quick look in each room upstairs opening closets , looking underneath the beds and opening any drawers.

Out on the west side of the woods, The Leading Man saw the mobster facing him just snap; the man yelled, shook the tree branch in the air, and charged at him like he was crazy. The Leading Man had no choice but to let him get close enough to try and take him down with a rifle butt to the skull.
Unfortunately, the man came in low, dropping the branch after charging most of the way with it, and went in low for a flying tackle at the legs. The Leading Man managed to jump back, though, and dodge the clumsy effort.
Lying in the dirt at The Leading Man's feet, the crazed man started crying. "Please, take me to jail. I can't take any more of this. I was going crazy in that mountain. It drives you...just crazy...that awful droning..."
Meanwhile, at the bowling alley, Captain Avenger was told "We'll do what we can, but that station is vital to commerce. We can't keep it evacuated forever."
Both Captain Avenger and The Leading Man (the latter leading his prisoner in front of him, still complaining about the droning noise) returned to the house before The Cabalist was done searching upstairs. Orpheus Jack was on lookout at the front door for any more trouble. Gorlock seemed to be gone, but it was quickly explained to them that the strange man now in the kitchen was Gorlock in human form. Gorlock, or Dan Pancake, guarded the three prisoners, who were now handcuffed and gagged.
The Cabalist's search still turned up little; the house was full of mundane stuff, including stacks of boxes of canned goods and Coke bottles emptied and refilled with water in the upstairs rooms. There was a shotgun and shells that he found. The sheriff and/or his deputies would be turning up soon from Two Harbors; the Heroes had to decide if they wanted to stay and talk to them, and what to say.

"Who is with me to go to the mountain?" Asked "Dan Pancake", Alien-At-Large. "I have no wish to meet these authorities, rumors of your governmental vivisection policies are common in the intergalactic community. I like my innards. I do not wish out-ards instead, if you catch my drift. We can stop the bomb from being planted and find this alien conspirator I have been tracking while we're there."
Two of Gorlock's stomachs growled.
"And I assume we can grab a bite to eat before we leave, perhaps pack a lunch or three? I have a bit of cold fried chicken in the gloves compartment, but it is not enough for all of us."
"OOO. And some more sodas. Definitely some more sodas."

The bowling alley had an attached bar & grill where they could get hot dogs or hamburgers. And soda.

"The captive made it sound like the bomb had not been set up at this trains station you speak of. My guess is that its still at this mountain of theirs. But maybe he lies or knows not of the current status of this rudimentary incendiary device. Either way time is of the essence. Maybe we search the station first and then travel to the mountain. The longer we take the more likely they'll take notice and prepare their base accordingly."
Cap mentioned the fare at the bowling alley.
"I will buy us some provisions either way. 36 sodas and 48 hotdogs should do. We will take them, how do you say it? To go."
[Bowling alley, train station, mountain.]
