The Fall 2011 issue is the first issue with a cover, this one borrowed from the cover of Fantastic Comics #1. This issue is a big jump up in page count, having 16 pages.
It contains a campaign write-up from the Library Campaign I was running at that time (the one that went to Occupied France), an alternate weapon damage system (that I did use sometimes), some optional unarmed combat rules, a review of rival RPG product Dicey Tales, a hideout map, Steve Lopez's first two articles (on adventure seeds and his house rules), a continuation of last issue's review of Captain America Comics, a first "rogues gallery" column with ready-made supporting cast, some sneak previews of Supplement III: Better Quality, and another "mobster spotlight" column with a new mobster (the lurker from the stars, which later killed Green Lama in my message board campaign!).
