The Spring 2011 issue is 9 1/2 pages long. It's the first issue to feature a writer other than myself, long-time H&H pal Steve Lopez. At this time, I was also working on Supplement II, and running my live session Library Campaign, where the Heroes were in occupied France.
There are four new mobsters (my favorite is the ghost, which is the only one I've actually used). There's an addendum to the Golden Age Hero index from Supplement I (I missed a page and a half of heroes, mainly Fighters). I reviewed the book Supermen: The First Wave of Comic Book Heroes, 1936-1941 (basically the same time frame as H&H is written for!). Steve's contribution, shared from his blog, was the first chapter of the fiction piece that was sort of a first draft of the first H&H adventure module later on. Lastly was an article on "tips for success with low-level Heroes", which I thought was important enough that I reprinted it on the H&H website.
