((The plan is to not discuss our plan in front of Ramirez, but to have Arrowhead follow him home, and then to have us switch off for three four-hour shifts of observation (Arrowhead can have my home phone number to call me for The Web's turn; maybe Agent Echo would stay at Arrowhead's garage?). If nothing unusual happens with Ramirez and he doesn't do anything suspicious, like try and double-cross us, then we can move ahead to the kid showing up at the store in the morning.))

ok to speed this up a bit here is the following:
The heroes let Ramirez go and leave the shop. Hidden from Ramirez you see him quickly lock up the shop and start walking down the street. Arrowhead follows him and he sees that Ramirez crosses the intersection and heads another block before entering an apartment building. He uses his key and enters the security door. Arrowhead sees him go upstairs. This is a three floor apartment building. Arrowhead looks through the front door and finds two Ramirez's on the mail box. He quickly figures it out as one is 102 and the other is 304.
He waits around for while and then The web re leaves him. About an hour into the watch shift the Web notices Ramirez comes down with a bag of garbage and goes out to the dumpster. HE then heads back inside. After a few more hours, Agent echo then comes and re leaves the Web.
Nothing else happens the rest of the night, unless anyone wants to check the trash
Otherwise I will move on to the next day

The Web doesn't bother with dumpster diving -- but does take an interest in anyone else who might come along and go through the garbage.

unless our resident hobo-hero "agent echo" wishes to dig through Ramirez trash we can move to the next day

For the record I would have dug through, but if we're on to the next day so be it.

digging through the dumpster reveals the following ( making rolls).
Other then normal trash, you do find a phone number on a menu for a Simply Mings, which is a Chinese restaurant located in China town. The phone number is different then the restaurant phone number and there is no person's name written next to this different phone number. This is in the trash the Ramirez dumped.
