"Dammit. Alright. I've got a place over on the 1200 block of Venice. We can get there most of the way through alleys. It'll be a bit of a slog from here." Charlie picked a thug over each shoulder, turned and jogged down the alley.

Trailing behind, Agent Echo tried to keep a watch on both A-head and any corrupt cops following us.

The Web lifted up a second thug and slung the man's arm over his shoulder, then dragged him along behind...

Arrowhead trudges on. As he lugs the unconscious men, he has second thoughts about taking them to his shop. He was on the lookout for an empty or abandoned building they could use to interrogate the criminals.
He had a good idea of the layout of this area. There had to be something near....(but if nothing presents itself, he'll lead the way to his shop)

You all managed to flee the scene. So just so I know you left the young adult scientist assistant behind and you are taking regular thugs?
While you guys are deciding all three of you follow arrowhead, occasionally stopping for breaks but make it back to his shop.
Behind the scenes the man with the dog talk to the police and fire department about what he witnessed and I will describe this in the next day newspaper or radio broadcast.
For now are you waiting for the thugs to come back to conscious, any first aid used?

OCC: To be clear we took all the prisoners including the young adult scientist. Can you confirm how many there are total... 1 scientist, how many thugs?

(I carried two)
We carried the thugs into Charlie's Speed shop on Venice. Arrowhead took care to bring them in through the back entrance in the alley. At the rear of the shop is a storage room half full of motorcycle parts and tools. The thugs got handcuffed to the exposed plumbing pipes that ran floor to ceiling. Arrowhead made sure they were out of reach of any of the tools or anything else they could potentially grab to use as a weapon.
"One of you guys should search them to make sure they aren't hiding anything while they are still unconscious," Arrowhead said.
"I've got something to take care of. I'll be back in probably twenty minutes. There's a case of beer in the corner. It stays cool enough in here to be drinkable. Help yourselves."
Arrowhead walked into the front of the shop. The lights were off so he couldn't be observed from the street while he changed out of his costume and into civies. He then walked to where his motorcycle was stashed and rode it back to the shop.

((We did not take all the bad guys with us. Our compromise with Arrowhead was to only take two of them. I misread Arrowhead's post and thought he was only carrying one; if he had two, then The Web would not have dragged one all that way.
((I can sympathize with Arrowhead's position and would rather spare a teenager the trauma of being imprisoned by vigilantes. All we need is his henchmen's testimony.))
(The Web tried using his skills to administer first aid.)

We might be sparing him more by keeping him from getting arrested, but I'll capitulate.

((While we're waiting, I'll specify that I meant to try first aid on both prisoners.))

OOC: so there were two thugs on the first level, one on the catwalk. One in the office and the scientist.
So let me know who you are taking and after a few minutes non of the two prisoners wake up. When Arrowhead comes back from his errand and an hour total goes by both prisoners are coming too.

Agent Echo takes A-head aside and asks if there's something in the room he can vibrate should the need to intimidate come about. I'm sure he could physically shatter something, but maybe the weirdness of my power might have an extra impact.
Then I'll stand in the back and vibrate while the interrogation is going on.

The sound of a hot-rodded motorcycle is heard by those inside the shop, then a minute later the a garage door is heard rumbling shut.
Charlie stops for a moment in the front to put his mask back on, feeling for the first time somewhat foolish for doing so. "Hopefully Webb and Echo have found out what we need from these guys. I need them out of my shop," He thought. Also for the first time, Charlie remembered the revolver shoved into his waistband. Without thinking he had transferred it from costume to normal clothes. Charlie looked at it. It was a cheap piece, not the quality he had grown accustomed to in his time in the Corps. He swung the cylinder open and emptied the ammunition which he tossed into a trash bin. Then, he grabbed it in both hands, flexed, and *pushed*. The cheap handgun twisted and did a respectable impression of a pretzel. This one got tossed into a corner to join a pile of scrap metal.
Charlie walked into the back. Grabbed three beers and opened his mask just enough to take a long pull from one bottle. He saw the prisoners waking up and Echo beckoning to him.
"Do you have anything I can vibrate to pieces? I want to scare these guys," Echo whispered.
"I was hoping you'd be done by now," Arrowhead said. "Here," Charlie handed a bottle to Echo. "Webb, you want one?"
Arrowhead leaned towards Echo and whispered, "I'm planning on getting rid of this desk." Then he pulled the chair out from the old beat up desk and sat down.

((Let's say we grabbed a thug from the catwalk and the thug from the office.))
The Web was shining his web-light into the thugs' eyes -- not only to test whether they were awake by their reaction to the light, but to reinforce that they should be afraid to see the web-light. He also had paper and pens sitting out in the open. The thugs were tied to chairs.
"Good morning, boys. We have you, the stolen loot, and captured the whole gang. The teenage boy claims that you two were in charge of the whole operation. So, tell me what store you planned to hit next. And why toy planes?"
((Basically, the interrogation tactic will be to get them to roll over on the teenager and admit he was in charge, or say who was really in charge if the boy wasn't the one. We'll let them go to the police with the signed confessions they write for us -- and if they don't, Agent Echo is going to give them a demonstration of what his powers can do...))
