Arrowhead fire extinguisher does help and he sees the two unconcscious thugs near the front door. He then hears a crash as one of the shelves collapses and some boxes are on fire and they are labeled in Japanese writing. One of the boxes spills revealing Roman candles (fire works). The two thugs are near him and the front door is still opened
The Web finds some warehouse manifests, a bag containing small jewelry including one of the jewels from the recent heist. The web also finds a high school student identification with the young man scientist name Chris Edwards. Chris attends Theodore Roosevelt high school and he is a senior.
The web can see arrowhead's predicament and can react as well.
Agent echo everyone is tied up and in the distance you can see someone is on the pay phone and is looking back at the burning warehouse.

"Web, there's a bunch of fireworks in here! Get out now!" Arrowhead yells toward the office. Just then he feels the extinguisher go dry. He flings it away.
"Now Web, get out of here!" He yells as loud as he can. Arrowhead picks up the thugs, one over each shoulder and runs out the front door.

The Web took everything he had found and raced out the back exit of the office! He dodged Roman candles firing through the smoke and the flames and rolled out the door, coming to a stop at the end of the sidewalk! ((though I don't think I have a stunt left to burn to ensure all that))

Agent Echo will judge if the prisoners are at a safe enough distance from the burning building. When the Web comes out and rolls to a stop I'll applaud... Clap, clap, clap (it is in sincere respect).

Grabbing the stuff and the thug and scientist, Arrowhead and the web flee the building. Since the fire is still contained the Roman candles are in the front of the warehouse. The fire truck can now be heard coming closer, along with a police vehicle. All three heroes are outside with the prisoners at a safe distance. Any other actions

Arrowhead looked around, and noticed that except for the two crooks he was alone. "Sirens, and close," He thought. "Hopefully Echo and the Web are out back."
Arrow hefted the two unconscious men and jogged around to the back of the warehouse where he noticed the other two masked men.
"Good! you guys are safe," Arrowhead thought for a second. "Well, shouldn't we take these guys up front and give them to the cops? We'll need to at least warn the firemen about the fireworks."

"Shouldn't we find out what they know? For all we know the Cops are in on it. We should find a safe place and secure them. I'm betting 'Daddy' scientist is connected with Theodore Roosevelt High School. Web, what do you think?"

"We have evidence," The Web said, holding the things he took from the office, "but nothing that ties these people to the evidence. I'd like to hold these prisoners longer before giving them to the police -- find out what they know, like Agent Echo says, but also scare them into signing confessions. We just need a place to hold them..."

By the wail of the sirens you guess two firetrucks and two squad cars will be arriving in about ten minutes

"To the Arrowcave then!" Echo looked at A-head hopefully, and started to cuff the prisoners from the pole. He unlocks the Kid first, and re-cuffs his wrists together, and then hands him over to A-head to carry. Then he does the same with the thug. "I'll carry this one." Agent Echo thinks about what he can contribute. This isn't' exactly his part of town. He tried to remember how many blocks away the 'tracks' were so they could quickly get on the wrong side of them.

"I'm not comfortable with kidnapping these thugs." Arrowhead said, letting the unconscious criminal drop to the ground, his head made a hollow sound as it smacked the cement. "I do have a place near here where we can examine the evidence the Web recovered. I say we leave the bad guys here for the police."

"But you're willing to steal evidence? That'll insure that they're set free." Agent Echo scanned A-Head and reassessed how smart he was coming off. "Once again Web, you're the tie breaker, but we'd better make a decision quickly."

The Web thought it over for 30 seconds. "We don't need them all with us -- we just need two to sign confessions and roll over on the others. If we're lucky we can release the last two in a few hours, Arrowhead. Is that an acceptable compromise?"

(I need to know who you are taking, where and is anyone staying behind.)
At the payphone across the street from you is a man and his dog apparently the one who called the fire truck and police.

"Listen here bud, I want to get to the bottom of this as much as anyone," Arrowhead grunted through a clinched jaw. "I'll go along with this to make sure these creeps don't end up in a ditch somewhere." He swept his hand, gesturing at the crooks laying in a pile on the ground.
"We need to be quick. Where the hell are we going to take them?"
