"Didn't mean to take him down that hard..." The Web said as he begun to stand up. He was (I assume) oblivious to the toy plane about to crash.

I'm out the back door... clearing the way for others as needed.

"The bombed plane is going to crash!" Arrowhead bellows as he runs towards the office door. The unconscious gangster slung over his shoulder was slowing him down. He hoped he'd make it to cover before the explosion. "How much explosives could they fit onto the model plane anyway?" He wondered.

Agent echo uses his amazing jumping ability and dives off the rail hits the floor and rolls out the back door. Arrowhead dives into the office with the gangster as The Web and the assistant step into the office. The plane hits and an explosion happens. The area of damage is small as some of the ground floor shelves that are filled with boxes are engulfed in flames. Some of the shelves are on the floor like dominoes. By chance the 2nd floor is scorched but no real damage. However the warehouse does not have sprinkler systems and there is a fire on the first floor. Outside in the back door, where agent echo is, about 20 feet away is a Fire alarm call box.

Not again... Agent Echo mumbles to himself. His normal calm demeanor is shaken by the sounds (echoes maybe) of his past. He moves 10 feet from the call box and uses his power to set it off at a distance.
"Let's get them back to the Webcave!" He shouts up the back entrance... "I mean you have to have a Webcave, right?!?"

Arrowhead rolls and comes to his feet. Glad that the explosion wasn't catastrophic, he walks back over to the office door to evaluate the extent of the fire, and to look and listen for any other victims downstairs.
"Dammit. Unintended consequences. Appears I'll need to be much more careful," Charlie said. He felt bad. His debut into masked vigilantism led to property damage, maybe even arson?
If the fire isn't too big, or spreading ridiculously quickly, he will look for fire extinguishers or fire hoses (those rolled up fire hoses you see behind glass in some old buildings). If the fire is truly raging, and looks to be uncontrollable, he'll get the hell out of there, taking the knocked out thug with him.

Agent echo vibrates the glass which causes the alarm to sound. There is also a payphone accross the street. The fire inside is spreading but slowly although leaving it will eventually cause the warehouse to collapse. On the floor are the two thugs that arrowhead and the web knocked out. Inside the office is a fire extinguisher.

"Echo! Get back in here!" Arrowhead yelled. "And where the hell is Web?"
Charlie threw the thug back over his shoulder and grabbed the fire fire extinguisher with his other hand. He then went back out the office and down the stairs. He runs outside, drops the thug, arms the extinguisher and back inside. He will look for the thugs, spraying the fire as necessary. Can he carry both bad guys at the same time?

After setting off the alarm I run back in to meet A-head halfway and take the thug from him. "Get the other guy... he's the one we want." I'll take the thug outside and lock him to the fire pole with handcuffs.

"I'm right here behind you!" The Web called out. He was carrying the young, but evil mechanic and handed him off to Arrowhead. "You can get him outside faster. I'm going to stay behind and try to search the office for evidence before it goes up in flames."

"You got it Web," Arrowhead took the younger mechanic and heaved him over one shoulder, relived that this one was lighter than the last. Then he ran outside.
Arrowhead dropped the thug at the pole where Agent Echo was handcuffing the other villain. "Here's their boss. I'm going back in. Have to make sure the Webb doesn't get himself burnt." Arrowhead turned to run back, then paused and looked back.
"Hey Echo, you think those sound powers can put out a fire?" Arrowhead then ran back inside, extinguisher in hand.

"Sure!... maybe... I don't know." Echo finished seconds after Arrowhead left. He proceeded to handcuff the young scientist to the pole as well. Then he turned to the warehouse. He couldn't see the flames, but he knew they were in there. His new friends as well. Would they be okay? If he had to he could run back in there and help... maybe he could. Maybe he'd just wait out here for a while.
Agent Echo checks on the thugs... insuring they're not fatally damaged. He keeps his eyes out for the fire truck, or police.

The Web checked drawers, file cabinets, loose paper, pads of paper that might have sheets torn off of them but had impressions of writing show through, the waste basket -- for anything hinting at illegal activity, or actual stolen loot. He would keep searching until smoke inhalation started to get to him, and then he would hightail it out the back with anything he found.

Arrowhead will fight the fire to the best of his ability with the one fire extinguisher (unless more are seen?). If the fire expands, he will do his best to keep the office, where the Web is, clear.
"Where's Echo?" He wonders.....
