Hey, has anybody seen my pants? Dang-blasted Resurrection Men, can't even leave the coffin unattended... I love the new forum-it's such an improvement over the Yahoo page (confusing and hard to read) and Facebook (that overwhelming social maelstrom that sucks me in every time I visit for HOURS! I'll let my H&H gang know, maybe they'll descend en masse and cause some Chaos...

Good to see such a gathering!
I haven't guessed your identity yet, Order, but I share your assessments. I used to love Yahoo's clubs, but then they merged with the less-friendly groups and now the groups have been retooled so, I guess, they make sense on a smartphone but look awful on a computer. And Facebook is a dangerous distraction for me as well!
Order, if you get your H&H gang here and want to talk about a specific campaign, I'll create an area for it.

That is very much appreciated, Editor-Sensei. I'll have to see if I can type up all of my hand-written chickenscratch into something Forum-worthy, and give my Players some incentive to finish their PCs for myself and my Co-Editor (rotating Editors and Players start with two PCs and pick whichever one they want for the adventure-it should add some Troupe-style flexibility to the campaign I think). Maybe if I bribe every Player with a 100xp 'Good Deed' bonus per PC write-up they will hurry up a bit? 45

Looking forward to it, Order! I'm jealous of your co-Editor -- I've never had a co-Editor (or co-DM, co-GM, or whatever), but always wanted to.

Nice to check in here and looking forward to seeing what stuff folks want to talk about with H&H.

Good to see you, Fin! Notice some similarities in the layout...? Thanks for the ideas! You're welcome, Scott. Not sure how much I really added, idea wise, but you're welcome to any that I have. As I told The Perilous Dreamer when he started off his board, my biggest advice is to start posting as many threads as you can, but not all at one time. Just a thread or so per day. Then hope that membership grows to hit the "critical mass" where you could go away for a weekend and then find that interesting discussion has happened in your absence. That's when you get a good feeling about the longevity of a board. Both OD&D Discussion and Vin's TrollBridge took off pretty well, but my Amber Diceless Discussion board crashed and burned because I never got enough participants to keep things alive without my prompting.

Good to see you here too, Perilous! Maybe we'll have to work on adding some links to this board together.
Fin, am I right in guessing that Vin's TrollBridge is about Tunnels & Trolls?

Glad to see this forum.
I notice a definite preference for DC avatars!

We are now 15 members strong! Of whom, we've had strong discussions between four of us. Don't be shy, everybody else!
