"Yeah, that's my home room over there." I point to the door the military man went into. "I'd better get going."

John had never planned to grab the package; the results he got were exactly what he wanted. Feeling confident, he kept up his drunk act only until he was out of sight of the restaurant. Then he walked many blocks out of his way back to his car to make sure he wasn't being followed. Assuming he wasn't, he drove back to rendezvous with the other heroes, changing first to The Web.

The employees of Simply Ming escort John off the premise and on the way out John will see the man in the suit holster his gun and lean over and pick up the pouch. John continues his act despite being made fun of by the employees and some of the servers on their way into the front door of the restaurant. After a few minutes, John is not followed and makes it to his car and heads to Arrowhead's shop. The time he will arrive will be 900 AM and John will resume his identity of the WEB.
Although it is still early, before the noon rendezvous time, still going back to the shop?
The new kid (agent echo) heads into the home room where the military man went and the hall monitor does not stop him. When the new kid enters he realizes that there are other senior boys in this room. There are few empty seats in the front or the back. On the chalkboard is "join the navy, see the world, and fight the Japanese and Nazis" The military is standing in the front waiting for the rest of the kids to take a seat. Each of the seniors has a slip of paper on their desks and it looks to be a hall pass. By observation, this is not a home room but in fact a "recruiter special pre-draft assembly" that senior male students were invited too. Besides the man in the dress navy uniform there is also another teacher in the front of the room as well.
The new kid has a choice now find a seat? or to escape back into the hallway?

New Kid says, "Oh, excuse me." and turns around. I'm hoping hall monitor has moved on, but regardless my intention is to make a b-line for the stairwell and head out the nearest exit.

Although it is still early, before the noon rendezvous time, still going back to the shop? ((I thought it was noon that the drug dealers are coming to the pawnshop? So our rendezvous needs to be before noon so we can be in place for it. That said...John will stop at home and try to get in a two-hour nap before heading out at 11 to rendezvous at Arrowhead's shop.))

(feeling a little better now:)
With luck the new kid exits the the school without any trouble. He switches back to his adult life and heads to the bike shop. John heads home an takes a nap and about 11:15 all heroes have entered Arrowheads shop

Looking refreshed, The Web was ready to catch everyone up.
"I followed the boy to a Chinese restaurant. I went inside, posing as a drunk, and stumbled into the package. I wanted to check to see if just one employee was concerned about the package, but it seems the whole crew was concerned about it and are likely in on it. We may have to bust that joint up later this evening. Oh, and I have the boy's wallet. Let's see if it has any identifying information in it..."
The Web produced the pinched wallet. He knew schools did not have ID cards and the boy was too young to need a state ID card. Ideally, the boy had an overprotective mother who wrote a "return to" address in the wallet, but The Web would settle for any clues the wallet contained.

(may I see your papers? papers you swine}
Going through the kids wallet, he finds a name and address, "john Lincoln 145 smith st, los angelas CA " He also finds a picture of the kid and his family. The kid has a normal standard, 2 parents and 2 children family. John also finds a crisp 20 dollar bill and a couple of single dollar bills.

"Huh," The Web said, closing the wallet without touching the money. "How does a kid with a decent-looking family go wrong like that, so young?"

"All people are subject to temptation and greed Web", Said Charlie, as he sipped coffee. His feet were propped on an empty chair. The coffee pot and two more empty cups sat on the table.
"The more pressing concern is how do we deal with this gang," Charlie thought for a second. "Subtlety is not my specialty. I'm more used to busting heads."

((Looking back at the past posts, I see it wasn't noon, but "lunch time" we can expect the triad members to show up at the pawnshop. Can we revise that to say we arrived at Charlie's garage early enough that we can be staking out the pawnshop by 11:30?))
"Oh, you'll get to bust some heads soon enough now, Arrowhead. Here's where we have to make one more decision first, though. When the triad members show up at the pawnshop, do we hit them hard there, let one escape, and follow him back to wherever he runs? Or do we let them pick up their drugs, follow them, and then hit them all hard wherever they go next?"

"I like the idea of thinning the herd at the pawnshop. We run the risk of spooking them, but they'll surface soon enough. We just need to keep a good tail on the one we let go."
Charlie thought for a second.
"That does two things," The big man held up one finger. "It lessens their numbers, and," he held up another,"it puts the fear of God, or us, into them."

The Web looked for a place to hide; he had not been expecting customers -- or for Charlie to have a son! -- and was afraid of blowing Arrowhead's secret identity.

"Hey kid," Charlie stood up to his full over six foot height, and glowered at the kid. "You got a bike needs work, it's customary to come in the front door. Otherwise scram."
Charlie walked over to the kid, preparing to grab him by the scruff of the neck and toss him out the still open back door.
