If I get initiative, or "Tommy Gun" doesn't manage to break free then I'm going to throw him hard to the ground in front of Ramirez car. Hopefully stopping him from driving away.

next round of combat:
Initiative rolls: The Web :1 Arrowhead : 4 Agent echo 2
Man with tommy gun: 3 Two men fighting the web in store: 3 Ramirez: 2
Completed actions: Arrowhead and moves to the last armed thug and attacks and hits and his punch knocks out the last store thug. The man who had the tommy gun tries to escape and making opposed rolls and cannot escape Agent Echos grasp. All store thugs are KO. Agent echo attempts the Judo throw and (making the opposed rolls) success and wow throws the thugs in front of Ramirez's car that he bounces the thug off the front bumper and knocks out the thug and damages his car. Making more save for Ramirez, yep he turns off the car and steps out and yells at Agent Echo, "hey what the hell man, that is not cool you damaged my ride man." The Web cancels his attack and all opponents are down.
Combat is ended, awarding EXP now and I will leave the health tracker for the heroes. We are also out of combat and surprising no police sirens yet but the patron that were in a diner across the street and the newspaper man are looking on as to what has happened.
health tracker: Agent echo 7 out of 9 remaining Arrowhead: 9 out of 10 remaining The Web: undamaged (6/6)

"You were told to stay. Now what's in that box?"

((Given that it's midday on a street with businesses, I would guess our fight in the street snarled up traffic and the police are stuck behind it?))
The Web tied up the arms of the hoodlums inside their own coats. He searched their pockets for anything helpful, like matchbooks with the name of where they hung out on them, written instructions on what to do with the goods from Ramirez, maybe the local gang has membership cards, etc...

"Alright Ramirez. I've given you many chances to not be a rat. You've failed each one," Arrowhead said as he walked to the pawnbroker, cracking his knuckles. "What's in the box? And spill anything else you can think of, real quick like. Try to keep me from getting really angry."

Here is the items found from looting the thugs: Total of $40 in cash 3 Kris daggers ( treat these as long daggers meaning hard to conceal but does do 1d6 of damage) black Chrysler New Yorker missing the drivers door, damaged passenger seat but car still runs a menu for Simply Mings Chinese restaurant (the same place the Web was at earlier) all thugs including the woman have a tattoo of a Chinese Green Dragon on their arms drivers licence for the woman as Mina Yang and her address All of the other thugs carry Resident Alien Cards
Ramirez says, "the package contains the drugs which are inside of Chinese dolls and were to be picked up by the Dragon Tongs. All deliveries are to be done without problems and if there is any they would hurt my daughter. I have to get this delivered."
At this point in the distance a police siren can be heard

The Web wasn't taking the cash or the weapons. He did memorize the names of the Tong hoodlums from their cards ((I don't need them, but just remember that Web know them)).
The Web came outside and joined the others. "I tied up a neat little package for the police inside. Assuming for a moment that Ramirez is telling the truth and he's concerned for his daughter's safety, I wouldn't be. The Tong are going to be too busy running from us to come after her. This lot here are resident aliens, likely to get deported just for a whiff of trouble."
((There's no way Ramirez is leaving here with that package, by the way.))

Ramirez, "Where is your daughter right now? You should go to her. We're going right now to deliver the package."

Ramirez says, "thank you amigos take the package and I will head to the school and get my daughter. " Ramirez leaves the package on the ground and heads back to his car and heads to the school where Agent echo was this morning
So here is a few questions for the group: 1. is anyone taking anything found if so tell me and add this to your character sheet 2. The thugs car taking it or leaving it? 3. Where are you all going to next? Back to the garage? Simply Mings? 4. Any special calling card or notes identifying your mystery-men as stopping this crime?

((1. Not me. 2. The car is pretty conspicuous with a door missing, so I'd say no. 3. We need to head back to the garage to strategize. 4. I don't think we need a calling card; the fight had dozens of witnesses.))

Agreed on all points with the exception of we should go to Mings first thing. If Ramirez is right about his daughter being in danger there could be others. We need to put a stop to this right now.

"Alright...Mings it is," The Web agreed hesitantly. "This last battle wasn't an easy win for us, and Mings is going to be even tougher. We're going to need a good plan for this one."
